Collection of deposit equivalent to 6 weeks rent

Instruct independent clerk to prepare inventory and schedule of condition plus check in. Tenant to bear all costs on check-in and Landlord to bear costs on checkout

Instruct utility providers of change of occupiers

Arrangement of professional cleaning on initial letting. Tenant to pay for professional clean upon vacating

Electronic transfer of monies into landlord nominated account on completion of tenancy agreement

Ongoing advice and assistance regardless of service level

Lease renewal or re-marketing 2 months prior to end of tenancy

Electronic transfer of rent collection by standing order into landlord nominated account within 2 business days

Rented Only + Collection
Purplekey can get the property rented and collect the rent on your behalf. 
Our fees would be spread over the duration of the tenancy and collected in line with monthly rent collection. We would also provide monthly statements. 
No other management services included. 

Our Fees
8%* of total rent collected over the duration of the tenancy i.e. £1,000 x 12 months = £12,000 per annum x 8%*
= £960* total fees spread over the duration of the tenancy i.e. 960 / 12 = £80 per calendar month

Managed Only
We will manage a property that is already tenanted. Complete managed service applies.

Our Fees
7%* of total rent collected over the duration of the tenancy i.e. £1,000 x 12 months = £12,000 per annum x 7%*
= £840* total fees spread over the duration of the tenancy i.e. 840 / 12 = £70 per calendar month

Rented and Managed
We collect the rent and spread the rented fees and managed fees over the duration of the tenancy. There are no extra charges on the fees below and any contractor invoices will not attract a markups or commission. We believe in fairness and complete transparency.

Our Fees
8%* Rented fee PLUS 8%* Managed fee based on rent collected and deducted from monthly rent received i.e. £1,000 x 16%*
= £160* per month combined rented & managed fee ( less than £37 per week)

* Note: Purplekey is currently not VAT registered. All fees and charges are exempt from VAT. In the event Purplekey does become VAT registered, VAT will become due and payable on all fees and charges. 30 days notice in writing, of the change to VAT status will be given.
